Fair Materials in Antalya
We don't print — we source. Local print partners in Antalya, quality-checked and delivered straight to the fair. Send us your PDFs and your flyers, business cards and brochures will be waiting at your stand.
Sourced locally, delivered to the fair.
Shipping print materials to Türkiye means customs, couriers and crossed fingers. We take a different route: your print-ready PDFs go to vetted print partners here in Antalya, we check the quality ourselves, and the finished materials are delivered to the fair — already counted, already packed, ready to hand out.
Fair Materials works on its own or as part of our attendance packages: our team can distribute everything for you and bring the business cards back as a structured lead report. One supplier, one invoice, zero logistics on your side.
What we source
Flyers — 1,000 pcs · $30
A5/A4 flyers, full colour, standard paper stock. Your PDF or we help with a quick local layout.
Business cards — 1,000 pcs · $20
Single or double-sided, on good card stock. The classic fair currency, ready in days.
A4 brochures — 100 pcs · $30
Two-sided, full colour — product sheets and short company profiles that survive the fair floor.
Fair Bundle — $100
1,000 flyers plus 1,000 business cards, sourced, checked and delivered together. The setup most exhibitors take.
Stand signage — quoted
Roll-ups, banners and stand graphics from local partners, sized to your stand and installed on request.
Local sourcing — included
Printer selection, quality check and delivery to the venue are part of every order — that's the service, not an extra.
Why sourcing beats shipping
Checked by us, not by luck
We visit the print shop, check stock and colours before anything ships to the venue.
Days, not weeks
No customs, no couriers: order alongside your briefing and the materials arrive before doors open.
No shipping risk
Nothing lost in transit, nothing held at customs — the materials are printed here, in the fair's city.
Plugs into every package
Bundle Fair Materials with Fair Attendance or Representation and everything is on site before your person is.
Reprints if you run out
A busy fair burns through flyers. Local sourcing means a reprint is a day away, not a continent.
One invoice
Sourcing, handling and delivery are inside the bundle price — you get one fixed quote, not a pile of receipts.
How it works
Send your PDFs
Print-ready files, CMYK if possible. We review them and flag anything that won't print well.
We quote and source
You get a fixed price; our print partners produce the run.
Quality check
We inspect stock, colours and cutting before accepting delivery.
Delivered to the fair
Materials arrive at your stand — or with our team, if we're attending in your name.
Prices at a glance
The Fair Bundle — 1,000 flyers plus 1,000 business cards — includes sourcing, quality check and delivery to the fair.
Stand signage is quoted per piece once we know sizes and mounting. You receive a fixed quote before anything is ordered.
Frequently asked questions
Do you print yourselves?
No — and that's the point. We source from vetted local print shops in Antalya and take care of selection, quality control and delivery. You get one contact and one invoice.
How far in advance should I order?
Order together with your briefing, about a week before the fair. Typical turnaround is five to seven days; rush jobs are sometimes possible — ask.
Can we ship our own materials instead?
Yes. We receive and store your shipment and bring everything to the fair. Shipping costs and customs are on your side; handling on ours.
What artwork do you need?
Print-ready PDFs, ideally CMYK, with fonts outlined. If you only have a design file or even a sketch, tell us — a quick local layout is usually possible.
Do the prices include delivery to the venue?
The Fair Bundle includes sourcing, quality check and delivery. Single items carry a small handling fee — you'll see it in the quote, never on an invoice afterwards.
Need materials at an Antalya fair?
Send your PDFs and we'll source, check and deliver — one quote, within 24 hours.
