Acceptance of these terms

By accessing antalyahostess.com or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreement, quotation, or staffing brief we agree with you.

About us

Antalya Hostess is an event-staffing agency based in Antalya, Türkiye, supplying promotional hostesses, conference and congress staff, hospitality teams, interpreters, and airport meet-and-greet services. You can contact us at info@antalyahostess.com.

Our services

We provide temporary event staffing on an introduction and placement basis. We recruit, brief, and coordinate personnel for your event; staff are engaged under terms agreed between the parties. Specific roles, hours, uniforms, and languages are set out in the quotation and confirmed brief.

Quotations and bookings

All quotations are indicative, valid for 14 days from issue, and subject to staff availability at the time of confirmation. Bookings are binding only once confirmed in writing and any required deposit is received.

Staffing numbers are good-faith estimates based on the brief you provide. We may recommend adjustments and always confirm the final team before delivery.

Your responsibilities

To help us deliver, you agree to provide an accurate and timely brief, venue access, any required permits, and on-site supervision. Unless agreed otherwise, communications equipment such as radios, specific uniforms beyond our standard, and venue-specific credentials are issued by you or the venue.

You also agree to treat all personnel with respect and in accordance with applicable law.

Hostess applications

Applying to join our roster does not guarantee work or placement. We act as an introducer and coordinator; engagement for any assignment is subject to suitability, client selection, and availability. Applicants confirm that the information and photographs they submit are accurate and consent to their use as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees and payment

Fees, currency, taxes (including VAT where applicable), and payment terms are set out in your quotation and invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, deposits may be required to confirm a booking, and invoices are payable by the due date stated.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or materially change a confirmed booking, please notify us in writing as early as possible. Cancellation charges may apply and typically scale with the notice given, reflecting commitments already made to personnel. We always act reasonably and confirm any charges in writing.

Neither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, public-health measures, or government restrictions.

Conduct and standards

We select personnel for presentation, language, and reliability, and brief them to your requirements. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to harassment and expect the same standard from all parties on site.

Liability

Services are provided using reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a booking is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant assignment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You remain responsible for your event, including venue arrangements, permits, insurance, and compliance with venue and authority requirements.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Antalya Hostess and may not be reproduced without permission.

Third parties and venues

The website may reference third-party venues, hotels, and providers for information only. We are not responsible for the availability, standards, or terms of third parties.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith and, failing resolution, brought before the competent courts in Antalya, Türkiye.
