Frequently asked questions
Do you print yourselves?
No — and that's the point. We source from vetted local print shops in Antalya and take care of selection, quality control and delivery. You get one contact and one invoice.
How far in advance should I order?
Order together with your briefing, about a week before the fair. Typical turnaround is five to seven days; rush jobs are sometimes possible — ask.
Can we ship our own materials instead?
Yes. We receive and store your shipment and bring everything to the fair. Shipping costs and customs are on your side; handling on ours.
What artwork do you need?
Print-ready PDFs, ideally CMYK, with fonts outlined. If you only have a design file or even a sketch, tell us — a quick local layout is usually possible.
Do the prices include delivery to the venue?
The Fair Bundle includes sourcing, quality check and delivery. Single items carry a small handling fee — you'll see it in the quote, never on an invoice afterwards.
